Elizabeth A. Daniel is the President of Continental Title Company, which operates 17 offices across Kansas and Missouri.
With three decades of experience in the Mortgage and Title Insurance industries, Elizabeth brings a deep, well rounded perspective to her leadership. She began her career in 1996 with a local title insurance company, later expanding her expertise with a national lender. In 2006, she returned to her true professional passion—the Title Industry—when she joined Continental Title. Her combined background in lending and title has shaped a leadership style that empowers teams to perform at a consistently high level.
Beyond her executive responsibilities, Elizabeth is committed to advancing education within the industry. She teaches continuing education courses for the Kansas Land Title Association, Missouri Land Title Association, American Land Title Association, and the National Business Institute. She has also served as a national voice for the industry, appearing on a nationally syndicated radio program for the National Association of Realtors on behalf of the American Land Title Association.
Elizabeth is an active member of several state and national associations. Within the Kansas Land Title Association, she serves on the Education Committee. She spent ten years as Co Chair of the Political Action Committee for the Missouri Land Title Association. She is a current member of the American Land Title Association, where she serves as Vice Chair of the Membership Committee. Her contributions were recognized with the 2021–2022 Jack Flippo Title Person of the Year Award from the Missouri Land Title Association. In September 2026, she will assume the role of President of the Missouri Land Title Association.
